January 2020 - Proposed Te Anau Community Garden

The Fiordland Community Board and Council have been approached by a group eager to establish a community garden in Te Anau and we are supportive of their endeavours to create such an asset.

Two potential sites have been identified on reserve land and we are keen to consult with the community as to the preferred option.

• Site one is at the Memorial Gardens at the rear of the bowling club.

• Site two is at the rear of the Henry Street Reserve.

Prior to the community board making a final decision, we’re seeking feedback from the wider community. Contribute by clicking on the link on the top right of this page.

Vote on which site you prefer.

Let us know which site you think is best suited by giving it a star rating or let us know what you think by clicking the contribute link on the top right.
