What's Your View?
Southland District Council is reviewing the Natural Features and Landscapes section of the District Plan, and the ways Southland’s natural features and landscapes are managed.
Southland has some incredible natural spaces and this is all about looking after what we’ve got for future generations.
We want you to be part of the conversation the whole way through, so the solutions are the right ones for everybody.
At the moment we’re working on identifying where the important natural features and landscapes are within Southland. We want to know what your view is.
After that we’ll look to talk to you about what has been identified, check the accuracy of the findings, and look to work together on ways these spaces can be looked after for years to come.
To get the conversation started, please take the time to complete a short survey and let us know - what's your view?
